Pastor Lowell Nelson teaches Psalm 35-37 "The Theology of Living Among the Wicked" on 1/7/2026 for our Wednesday service.

Psalm 35-37 "The Theology of Living Among the Wicked"
These three psalms show the progression of spiritual maturity while living among the wicked.
Each psalm reveals a situation.  Each psalm then reveals what the response of the natural man looks like.  Each psalm then reveals the response of the mature child of God should look like.
The righteous do not mature by fighting harder against the wicked.  The righteous mature by trusting God and His plan for the wicked.

Psalm 35 God does not call His children to fight against the wicked.
Psalm 36 God does not call His children to fear the wicked.
Psalm 37 God calls His children to envy the wicked.
God calls His children to trust in Him while walking up rightly.

It is not about fighting back, fearing or envying their success, but of walking in patience as God is working and walking in righteousness.
.
