Galatians 3:28 There is neither Jew nor Greek, there is neither slave nor free, there is neither male nor female; for you are all one in Christ Jesus.
Paul is teaching the Christians in the churches throughout Galatia that although distinctions among people in the church do exist, these distinctions and differences do not determine a person’s value or their access to God. The body of Christ is diverse, made up of many different parts yet all necessary. You can have unity without uniformity.
